Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paela embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Ploughman profession.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Animal Trainer who has hired him part-time. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Animal Trainer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for her, and Osah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
