History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Foxilon was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. He has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and revenge
