She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Patrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Akra will drive conversation. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Akra was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
