He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Jarsali was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Server, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.
