Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Quillathe was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stylist. After a long history of fighting, Quillathe and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
