Description: 2'8" and muscular, this southern woman wears a simple white robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jo. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her chestnut hair is lengthy. Her eyes are likewise black. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Makaria was born with her father's beautiful face. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

Description: He is a mite stocky and typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. William is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This malnourished man dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He has blue eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. Thoradin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Thoradin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his old friends
