History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Barrister. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he has money and likes to spend it

She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
