His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Fulbar was born with his mother's beautiful face. After coming to the age of reason, Fulbar took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
