History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in scimitar use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Left-Handed was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a great chef.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: Beloril hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Born to a Detective, her father struggled to pay the bills. She worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.
