History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family

History: Gilthur lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
