History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
