His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Ulla speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
