History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Lamlis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a green costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He wears his black hair down. His black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nicor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Nicor liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
