History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Flask alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gesrethe studied abroad. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and wants a kiss

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and grey pants. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Markosian was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Markosian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Markosian. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
