History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When Broce reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Randal was born with his father's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Marastyr was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has achieved small success as a Dyer.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and she is unsatisfied with her job
