History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Skirt was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
