Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Kathra is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Rûkdûg enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rûkdûg lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Rûkdûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rûkdûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rûkdûg and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
