Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame, and carries greatswords. She wears a colorful flower in her blonde hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This southern man has the majority of his body covered in plate. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is blue, silky, and of moderate length. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear flannel, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is long and unkept. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her bronze crest is thinning but still full. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.
