History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Shava was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bertram is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western woman wears a grey shirt, with a blue mid length skirt with blue tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: He is lean but muscular and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His hair is golden and curly. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.
