Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Mord was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'11" when asserting herself. Her hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
