History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
