Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Matilda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: A 4'4" southern man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baern grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He has a missing left leg. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His gold crest is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Maagog hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
