Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
