To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ea took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
