History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Cressel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Torz was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Torz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
