Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his white hair up. His ears are large.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Norman isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Norman's homeland. Norman decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She has moderate length purple hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Anakis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: This woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, grey shirt, and green tie. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She takes great joy in being the best Seamstress in town.

History: Ilga lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is unsatisfied with her job
