Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is typically in her Dyer uniform. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Liftrasa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a blue coat. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her golden hair is long and unkept. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Orla hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. His long rusty crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: An older man who dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. His long orange fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Three took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to reunite with his absent mother
