She found a children's book about a Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Arannis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Fisher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Grigi was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
