History: Medrash was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Medrash was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Medrash's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Darrow embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Detective but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: She is a mite stocky and tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her white hair is cut short. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She bought a rapier and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Ideals: Artistic, Entrepeneur. Bonds: Nature. Occupation: Ploughman

Voice: Sighs a lot, exhausted

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He wears his white crest down. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her crest, while still mostly bronze, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others
