History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Hadarai took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eleanor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eleanor. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Jo was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
