He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She married young, but lost her spouse to giants. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against giants

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She takes great joy in being the best Bowyer in town.

History: Dagnal hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Assassin father left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His fur is cut close to his head. His fierce yellow eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Left-Handed's homeland. Left-Handed decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
