Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. Her hair is brown and curly. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Barber again.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Baggi wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Baggi lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is cut short. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He bought a axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and brown handkerchief worn on his left side and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy cinnamon fur. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
