History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job
