Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He dresses like a well dressed Doctor does. His bronze crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and expand his business

Description: A 4'9" northern man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
