Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Pelaios was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
