Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Alvyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alvyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and expand her business

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Her blue hair is greasy and uncared for. Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but she was a colossal failure. She now mingles about in high society.
