History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. During her travels, Beleth and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Beleth discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Beleth fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
