Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a green coat with brown slacks. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed white hat.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the east to a Server, Pennie learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Quick was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quick decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
