Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Shoemaker and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

Description: She wears pastel trousers with green and white striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and greataxes. Her fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise yellow.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears bulky white painted plate armor, marred by teas. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Portia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.
