History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull tan iron scale mail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bounty Hunter born in the past three hundred years. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Skamos was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He carries with him a set of maces, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has chestnut hair. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length white hair. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Ovak abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
