History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. She now mingles about in high society.

Lorm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he has a crush on the local armorer

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mamnen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
