History: Numba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants her loneliness to end

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: Iados hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
