Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Carrie learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and pastel handkerchief worn on her left side. She has wavy blonde hair. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is black and very short. His white eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. Through the years after Mordai was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mordai's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his singing dream.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She keeps her long orange fur kept up in a rat tail. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
