Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Thomas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Thomas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Kerkad was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heather embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She got into the Banker business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Layabout, but she got bored and became a Banker. She became a Banker soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
