History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
