Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. His crest is cut close to his head. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it
