History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thea embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
