History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His ears are large.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Duergath took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Merchant. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

Personality: Kava hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kava studied abroad. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she desires power and/or immortality
