History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Gillyd was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gillyd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Vola enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Vola reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Suhnae grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she has money and likes to spend it
