History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south.
